The corporate membership is a step up from the individual membership because you can cover up to 5 people. The cost is more because you are covering more people but you will like the benefits. This membership will cost you $720 in annual fees.

This is a small price to pay if you want to cover your whole family. If you work in a government position or someone who regulates the benefits of other employees, then you can qualify for the government membership. The annual cost is $105 but if you have an application that has to be mailed in, it will cost you $10 more. It is better to fill your application online to save the ten dollars and it is easier as well. If you are a person that is retired, a full time student, or a professional that is unemployed or on unpaid leave, then you can qualify for the associate membership. Filling out the application online will cost you $75 but mailing your application will cost you an extra ten dollars.
